SBS.CRM.workflow integrates into open source customer relationship management system SugarCRM and implements advanced workflow creation and management functionality, which is not a part of default installation.

The product allows CRM administrator to design, execute and control workflows that consist of various tasks assigned to specific CRM users.

Workflows created with SBS.workflow can be initiated by either internal CRM processes or events that occur in external systems integrated with SugarCRM. Workflow results in turn can launch internal CRM processes, execute other SBS.workflow workflows or trigger events in interconnected external systems. In other words the product can be used to implement integrations with different external systems and arrange data interchange between different CRM components including third party add-ons.
